Seatons Rest is a two bedroomed apartment situated in a quiet lane just a stones throw from the idyllic Cornish cove of Portmellon. This little gem feels more like a cottage than an apartment as it is set over two floors. The ground floor entrance lobby leads into a lovely fitted open plan dining kitchen and lounge area that has a beautiful Cornish slate wall .
The kitchen is a contemporary design with breakfast bar and is fully equipped with modern appliances including oven, microwave, hot tap and Fridge Freezer. The lounge has two sumptuous sofas for relaxing on whilst enjoying the wood burning stove on chillier days. There is underfloor heating throughout, with ceramic tiles downstairs, in the shower room and carpets in all other areas. Upstairs there are two bedrooms, one kingsize double and another with twin single beds, small but cosy and comfortable, linen included in the rental.
The shower room is simply stunning with a walk in power shower and underfloor heating. Outside there is an ‘alfresco’ patio area at the front of the property plus a decked area with outdoor rattan armchairs for soaking up the afternoon sun, and a parking bay for three cars solely for Seatons Rest guests.
